(VESTAVIA HILLS, AL) For Jack Eyer, growth is the name of the game.

When the Landlord Insurance Association, Inc., owner isn’t busy networking and growing success stories as chairman of the Alabama Real Estate Investors Association, Eyer works as a coach and fitness expert.

In fact, he is being credited for helping the University of Alabama’s Riley Cole gain 15 pounds since the season ended, according to

Cole, who committed to Alabama in June 2015, is a three-star linebacker who went from 205 to 224 pounds since last summer. He credits these “tremendous gains” to Eyer.

In the same way, Eyer says he can help take your real estate game to the next level when you join the Alabama RIA.

Members of the Alabama RIA get free admission to the group’s monthly meetings, featuring top speakers (including real estate investor Lance Edwards) and education that can help you reduce mistakes and build a world-class business.

The AIA also gives members to discounted services, access to governmental affairs projects, networking opportunities and national meeting invites.

“Many say it is worth the cost of membership,” Eyer says. “Bottom line: We believe it will be the best money you will spend this year, and it is a great deal even if you do not invest in any real estate.”
