By Ryan Roberts – When we tell people that we have been flipping houses for over 40 years, here’s the number one thing we hear. “Oh! I’ve always wanted to do that!”
But, here’s the follow-up statement that we get next:
“But I don’t have enough money to do it…”
That’s normally when we listen to them give us all the reasons they aren’t taking action on their dreams, and for the longest time we didn’t have any good news for them. Until now.

The biggest two reasons I love real estate are these:
- You can absolutely make more money on one deal than you can working in an entire year at a “normal” job.
- Absolutely anyone can it (even if you don’t have a bunch of money or any experience).
Well, we’ve done pre-foreclosures, trustee sales, REO’s, probate properties, etc., and we made money with them all.
But when we found the strategy that we are focusing on now, it has changed everything for us. So much so that we decided to cancel everything else we had been working on, and focus 100 percent of our energy on this strategy alone.
In all of the other strategies we had worked, we never did any deals that made us a 6-figure profit. In our strategy now, we have turned $100 into over $100,000 within 30 days more than once. It wasn’t always easy. Now, we are masters at it.
But that wasn’t always the case. We had to start from day one, square one. On our own, with no help from anyone.
In our effort to do better than learn everything on our own, we looked for some systems, tools, and resources to help us be successful in our strategy, but nothing seemed to be tailored to what we needed.
Because of that, in the last few years, we built a system (from scratch) that virtually guarantees success. Our system does several things:
First, it teaches you how to make money in real estate using a strategy that is absolutely brilliant (requires less than a $500 to be successful).
Second, it gives you the tools you’ll need to get everything done with ease.
And third, it gives you the support you’ll need in case you ever get stuck on anything. It is awesome! (Yes, I know I am biased).
Even though we will give you the training, tools and help you’ll need, some people still won’t take action. Right?
As in anything else, if you aren’t willing to work, then you won’t get any results.
