Want to know what happens when The Millionaire Maker goes to work? Loral Langemeier contends there isn’t an average day for her, but she adheres to a principle she calls sequencing (“…or doing the right stuff,” she quips) to steer herself to success.
At its core, sequencing focuses on leveraging your time by committing yourself to the work that not only edifies you, but that you can be most effective in while addressing the rest of the workload through automated systems and outside help.
At Live Out Loud, Langemeier toils away with efficiency leading a large marketing team, in addition to sales, training and coaching. But, she knows better than to micromanage.
“I don’t do a lot… I lead a lot,” she said. “I just think the less you do and the more you can make money, you can hire really, really highly effective people. You’re going to win.”
Sequencing, it seems, is paying major dividends for Loral these days.
In addition to working on a brand new book with Shark Tank star and infomercial creator Kevin Harrington due out next year, the ability to focus on what she does best has led Loral to launch a new fund for a variety of development deals in Miami, from land to multi-family units.
Facebook, by the way, is not high on her priority list.
“The only thing I use Facebook for is to generate leads and ads,” Langemeier said. “And I don’t even do that. They get a lot of guidance from me, but I don’t do it.”
