A 106-unit multifamily portfolio in Somerville has been acquired for $31 million.Noral LLC, an Allston, Massachusetts-based company, is the new owner of a three-building portfolio located between Union and Porter squares, Banker & Tradesman reports.
Spring Hill Realty Trust was the seller of the package, which developed the complex and owned it for almost 100 years.
Carl Christie and Dan McGee of NAI Hunneman represented the seller.
