(NASHVILLE, TN)— An 82-unit apartment complex in Nashville has just been acquired by Champion Real Estate Company at a cost of $22.5 million.
The Village Green Hills Apartments is a newly-constructed property in an affluent Nashville community, sitting just off of Hillsboro Pike in the Green Hills submarket.
MultifamilyBiz.com reports the complex is only a few steps from the city’s only Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s stores, in addition to other lifestyle retailers.
The West Los Angeles-based company that purchased Village Green Hills Apartments has completed projects valued in excess of $1 billion and 2.5 million square feet.
Parker Champion, senior vice president of Champion Real Estate Company, says the company looks forward to installing a “class A” local management team at Village Green Hills, and regards the Nashville package as a “trophy property.”
This is the sixth multifamily property the company has purchased in Nashville.
