AURORA, CO— A 351-unit apartment complex in Colorado has been acquired by Advenir, a premier provider of multifamily investment and management services.
Advenir at Del Arte, previously known as the Del Arte Lofts & Flats, is located at 151 S. Joliet Circle in Aurora, and features 17 studios, 217 one bedroom-one bath units, and 117 two bedroom-two bath units, Globe St. reports.
The 11.42-acre, 17-building property was built in 1986, and includes amenities such as a newly designed clubhouse with business center and WiFi, barbecue pits, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a dog park, a pool and hot tub, a pond and a jogging trail.
Todd Linden, chief acquisition officer of Advenir, calls the acquisition “strategic” and says the property is in a prime location neighboring Denver Tech Center, the Fitzsimons Medical Center, Buckley Air Force Base and Denver International Airport.
“The greater Denver region is one of the country’s top-performing apartment markets,” Linden said. “It is also located in the heart of the region’s fastest-growing employment center.”
Furthermore, the construction of the new Aurora City Center Station on the I-225 Light Rail Line places Advenir at Del Arte within a 10-minute ride of mass transit. The rail line is expected to open in 2016.
