boulder-opener_32147(BOULDER, CO.) — Multifamily in Boulder Valley is so hot, large companies are chomping at the bit to buy.

Real estate agents say the properties are going at “ocean-view pricing,” reports The Denver Post, a result of an influx of workers, new construction and millennials driving up apartment demand in the city.

Boulder Valley was home to three of Colorado’s most expensive deals this year, from the sale of the $48.8 million Province at Boulder to the $65.25 million sale of Canterwood Apartments to the $94.5 million sale of The Retreat at Flatirons.

Investors are loving their return on investment in Boulder with growing rents in tow.
