12741898_10153886097014144_1625226553543129976_nChris McLaughlin is the owner of 4 Keller Williams Realty offices, located in Lakeland, Winter Haven, New Tampa and Downtown Tampa’s Channelside District. Collectively the offices have over 400 licensed agents.

Chris is also the founder of the Loss Mitigation Training Institute LLC, which focuses on short sales and pre-foreclosure training and developed innovative real estate systems such as Short Sale Riches, Fix A Flip Funding, and Foreclosure Auction Quick Cash.

Prior to real estate, Chris was the Founder & President of SmartPortfolio.Com, Inc., an online newsletter company, which sold in December 2000 to, a Nasdaq-listed publicly traded company.

Chris is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC where he was elected as the university’s Student Body President. He obtained his law degree and M.B.A. from Georgetown as well. Chris is an active member of the Florida Bar Association. He is married to Dr. Stacey McLaughlin has 3 children.
