Virginia Company Invests $102M in Multifamily, Mixed-Use Development

annapolis-junction-town-center(Virginia Beach, Va.)— A Virginia Beach company plans on investing $42 million on the multifamily portion of a $102 million mixed-use development scheduled to break ground in June.

Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc., says Annapolis Junction Town Center will boast a 17,000 square foot retail space, a 150-key hotel, 100,000 square feet of office space, as well as a 416-unit residential community, Multihousing News reports.

The Residences at Annapolis Junction Town Center is well positioned to serve professionals seeking new housing opportunities in Howard County, says Armada Hoffler CEO Louis Haddad.

The development is between Baltimore and District of Columbia, and will join a vast portfolio owned by Armada Hoffler Properties, most of which are situationed in the mid-Atlantic U.S. markets.
